So, Greg and I are going to see how long we can go with out trimming out mustaches... according to the Beards for Tears Rules and Regulations, this kind of trimming is ok. However, what would a big beard be without a big mustache?

downtown campbell : 2 weeks of growth
so i'm sittin here next to jon at a couple of tables in the middle of downtown campbell as we just took our week 2 pictures and we're getting ready to throw them up on the 'beards' page of our website.
2 weeks down; 29 to go. a 2 week beard is where people start asking you if you're really going to grow a beard again. yes i am. this year i kinda look forward to this question. i look forward to sharing my enthusiasm for this project and for the goals of water wells for africa. i look forward to 3 weeks; 3 months; 30 weeks, etc...
a 2 week beard can be described as the beginning of the awkward stage of a 7 month beard; kinda like a tween-ager. it's braces, gawkiness, pimples, bottle neck glasses and floods for pants. you can't wait for the next phase because it's gonna be bigger, badder, better.
so i gotta go grow my beard some more...
