we just took our 2 month anniversary pics yesterday and they should be up on the website soon. 2 down, 5 to go....and both of our beards are already full; we're gonna look like moses and abraham by the time this is thru.
update: we're currently at 5% of our goal. this is monies that has actually been donated to the cause of this beard-a-thon. we've also had many people pledge to give something from now until 4/6/08 which is the official end date of this campaign. jon and i are truly thankful for all of the above and are so stoked to be able to pass along some funds(any funds) to water wells for africa, but we'd be even more thrilled to be able to give enough to them for a whole well($6,000).
speaking of pledges, last week jon and i brainstormed about the pledge cards and those will be hitting the streets soon along w/ some small buttons to further boost the buzz.
please be sure to send an email to donate@beardsfortears.com if you decide to pledge; that way we can get you a thank you note, a 'reminder' card, button, etc.
